We’ll review your claim and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue under our Return & Refund Policy. No physical return is required for an approved remedy. Do not send items to ShineOn or to any address shown on the parcel. Please keep the item and any available packaging until we confirm the next steps.
