Returns & exchanges
For this JKCE Designs item, returns and exchanges may be requested. Email dennis@tayrae.net within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition.
Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Return-shipping costs and any deductions will be confirmed before you return the item; free return labels are not promised. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Fixed design & cancellation
The message and design are fixed as shown. Customer names, custom wording and photo uploads are not included.
To request cancellation, email dennis@tayrae.net immediately with your order number. We will check the order status with JKCE Designs before confirming whether cancellation is possible. There is no guaranteed cancellation window. A request is not an approved cancellation; please wait for our confirmation. If the order has already shipped, contact us for return instructions.
